All sale items are final sale unless the return is a result of our error, such as incorrect or defective item. If the items are defective, please email us within 48 hours at Quintassentialjewels@gmail.com. We WILL NOT accept issues reported after 48 hours of the delivery date!!! Once your email is received we will provide you with instructions on how to return your Jewels.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN A PACKAGE WITHOUT SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE FROM OUR STAFF. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages. The United States Postal Service will return all unclaimed packages to QUINTASSENTIAL JEWELS. We will contact you to advise you of the return package and a reshipment charge will be accessed. In the event of a lost package, the customer must file a claim directly with USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).
